Senior Negotiator Harpenden
If you have some Estate Agency experience and are looking to advance your career then this role could be for you.
Our client is a friendly, forward thinking independent estate agent with a great brand and a positive, supportive culture. They’re offering a generous basic salary of around £20K (dependent on experience) a car allowance and tiered office commission which with legal and mortgage incentives bringing the OTE to £30/35K. A guarantee of minimum earnings in this region is also on offer to the right candidate for a period.
The hours are 8.30-6 Monday to Friday and Saturday working is limited to just 1 in 3.

The role is very much to match people to property in this affluent market so we’re looking for someone who is a natural communicator and enjoys building relationships and caring about outcomes for their clients.
